Year End Awards Banquet

With all the chaos in today's world we need examples of stability such as: St Peter, rock for the Church; the Church, a foundation for Families and Families the foundation of our Society.  This year's Year End Awards Banquet was entitled "Focus on the Family" and was catered by Famous Dave's Barbeque in the St. Hubert's Fellowship Hall following Mass celebrated by Fathers Tollefson and Bruno.
Eight family awards were given out as follows:

  • Our Religious Family: represented by Paul Hedman - St. Hubert's Teaching Seminarian; four sisters from the Handmaids of the Heart of Jesus Monastery in New Ulm, Minnesota
  • Our Silent Family: represented by Cathy Johnson and Kristin Johnson of the St. Hubert's Respect Life Group.
  • Our Global Family: represented by Sue Valiton for Project Hope Feed the Kids- Haiti
  • Our School Families: represented by our two Catholic High School Scholarship winners - Greg Stoffel and Katherine Wise.
  • Our Fraternal Family:  represented by our Council Knight of the Year, John Newman and the Minnesota State Knight Family of the Year award winner the Brian Rome Family, Brian, Tegwin, Abigail, Caleb, Noah, Olivia and Sophia.

On behalf of Knights of Columbus Council 10031 we wish to thank all of you for the example your have set to bring order from chaos to our St. Hubert's Family.
